Design changes happen in days, not months.
Tooling cost stays in one place, and nobody between you and the mould loses the detail.

From idea to production

Step 01

Use case, fill, target weight and volumes. We check material, neck standards and existing moulds.

Step 02

3D model and drawings for sign-off, with advice on wall thickness, draft, stacking and label area.

Step 03

Mould built in our tool room on high-precision machining centres.

Step 04

Trial shots, dimension and leak checks, samples for your line trials.

Step 05

Scheduled on one of seven servo lines. Your tool stays maintained.

Private shapes, custom neck finishes, embossed branding and colour matching to your Pantone.

Flip-top, tamper-evident, handle, pesticide-safe and fridge caps in PP and HDPE.

Crates, pallets and large technical mouldings up to 25 kg shot weight on the 2250 T press.
